Vacuum Mixing Homogenizer

01-Automatic:

 The material in the water tank and oil tank can be directly sucked into the emulsification tank in vacuum state through the conveying pipe. The discharging mode is that the emulsification tank body can be overturned and tilted. The material can be heated by heating the heat conducting medium in the interlayer of the tank through the electric heating pipe. The heating temperature can be set arbitrarily and controlled automatically. The material can be cooled by connecting cooling water in the interlayer. The operation is simple and convenient. There is an insulating layer outside the interlayer.

02- Low Speed Mixing Device:

The low-speed agitator is composed of a folding blade paddle agitator in the middle and a frame agitator which can mix high viscosity. A polytetrafluoroethylene scraper is installed around the frame agitator. The function of the scraper is to make the inner wall of the container and the material constantly produce new interfaces without leaving any dead angle.

03-Homogenizingwith vacuum:

When the equipment is running, it can make the material continuously produce new interface, produce cutting, compression, folding turbulence and other effects, so that the material flows to the high shear three-stage emulsifier. In the narrow gap between the stator and rotor, the material is subjected to hundreds of thousands of times of hydraulic shear, extrusion, mixing, injection, high-frequency vibration and other comprehensive effects every minute, and is rapidly broken into 200nm-1um particles. Due to the vacuum state in the homogenizing tank, the bubbles generated in the mixing process of the material are timely removed.

04-Cycle work:

After high-frequency circulation, the materials in the whole container are continuously circulated from top to bottom for mixing, dispersing, homogenizing and emulsifying to obtain fine and stable high-quality products without bubbles. The material can be micronized, emulsified, mixed, homogenized and dispersed in a short time. The contact part with the material is made of high-quality stainless steel (316L material for medical use), the inner surface is mirror polished, the vacuum stirring device is sanitary and clean, and it is manufactured according to the hygienic standard of GMP.
