    Vertical high-shear emulsifier is the process of efficiently, quickly and uniformly injecting one phase or multiple phases (liquid, solid, gas) into another immiscible continuous phase (usually liquid).

     Vertical high-shear emulsifier is the process of efficiently, quickly and uniformly injecting one phase or multiple phases (liquid, solid, gas) into another immiscible continuous phase (usually liquid). Under normal circumstances, the phases are incompatible with each other. When external energy is input, the two materials recombine into a homogeneous phase. Due to the strong kinetic energy brought by the high tangential speed and high-frequency mechanical effect of the high-speed rotation of the rotor, the material is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and impact in the narrow gap between the stator and the rotor. The combined effect of tearing and turbulence forms suspension (solid/liquid), emulsion (liquid/liquid) and foam (gas/liquid). In this way, the immiscible solid phase, liquid phase, and gas phase are dispersed and emulsified instantly, uniformly and finely under the combined action of the corresponding mature technology and appropriate amount of additives. After high-frequency cyclic reciprocation, stable and high-quality products are finally obtained.

The high-shear emulsifier provides two flange installations, KT (normal pressure type) and KD (pressure resistant type). It is suitable for normal pressure, airtight, vacuum and pressure working conditions.
