Ultra high speed dispersing emulsifying machine is a kind of equipment which can efficiently, quickly and evenly transfer one or more phases (liquid and solid) into another immiscible continuous phase (usually liquid). When the fineness of one or more materials reaches micron order, or even nanometer order, the system can be considered as homogeneous. When the external energy input, the two materials recombine into a homogeneous phase. Due to the high tangential velocity and high-frequency mechanical effect caused by the high-speed rotation of the rotor, the material in the high shear homogenizer is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap between the stator and rotor, forming suspension (solid / liquid), Emulsion (liquid / liquid) and foam (gas / liquid). High shear homogenizer makes the immiscible solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase disperse and emulsify uniformly and finely in an instant under the joint action of corresponding ripening process and appropriate amount of additives. Through the circulation of high-frequency pipeline type high shear dispersion homogenizer, stable and high-quality products are finally obtained.

The factors influencing the results of dispersion emulsification are as follows

1 form of emulsifying head (batch type and continuous type) (continuous type is better than batch type)

2. Shear rate of emulsifying head (the larger, the better)

3. Tooth shape structure of emulsifying head (divided into initial teeth, middle teeth, fine teeth, ultra-fine teeth, about fine teeth, the better the effect)

4. Residence time of materials in dispersion wall, emulsification dispersion time (can be regarded as the same motor, the smaller the flow, the better the effect)

5 cycle times (the more, the better the effect, and it can't be better when it comes to the deadline of the equipment)

Shear rate is defined as the relative rate of the liquid layer between two surfaces.
