Because there is a small gap between the impeller and the stator, the material in the process of being inhaled and thrown through a series of complex physical reactions, such as strong shear, extrusion, mixing, spraying, high-frequency vibration, etc., so that the mixed material is fully emulsified. Because the slow mixing is carried out continuously in reverse left rotation at the same speed, the material in the whole container is continuously circulated from top to bottom for mixing Dispersing, homogenizing and emulsifying.
